Ingredients
For the Rice:
- 2 cups cooked short-grain white rice (preferably slightly cooled)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
For the Fillings (you can customize):
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- ½ cucumber, julienned (remove seeds)
- 4 strips of yellow pickled radish (danmuji)
- 4 imitation crab sticks or cooked beef (or tuna)
- 4 spinach leaves or blanched spinach
- 4 sheets of roasted seaweed (gim/nori)
