- 200g biscuits
- 30g pistachios
- 100g melted butter
- 500g Quark (40% fat)
- Unsalted Greek yogurt
- 500g cream cheese
- 250ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 packets of vanilla
- 180g sugar (1 cup)
- 120ml oil (a little over 1/2 cup)
- 85g starch or 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder (1 packet is 37g)
- 180g kadayıf (shredded wheat flour)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 220g Anrep pistachio cream
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 100ml cream
