  • 30g pistachios
  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g Quark (40% fat)
  • Unsalted Greek yogurt
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 250ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 packets of vanilla
  • 180g sugar (1 cup)
  • 120ml oil (a little over 1/2 cup)
  • 85g starch or 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder (1 packet is 37g)
  • 180g kadayıf (shredded wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 220g Anrep pistachio cream
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 100ml cream
  • 200g milk Chocolate
