Instructions
Step 1. Prep the Chicken:
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thinner cutlets.
- Pat them dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika.
Step 2. Set Up the Breading Station:
- In one bowl: Add flour.
- In a second bowl: Whisk eggs and milk.
- In a third bowl: Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3. Bread the Chicken:
- Dredge each cutlet in flour (shake off excess).
- Dip into the egg mixture.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating well on both sides.
Step 4. Air Fry:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6–7 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.

- Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or mac & cheese.
- Make crispy chicken sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo.
