Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Recipe

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:

  • Boil lasagna noodles according to the package directions until al dente.
  • Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Step 3. Assemble the Lasagna:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by:
  1. Half of the ricotta cheese
  2. Half of the shredded chicken
  3. A layer of Alfredo sauce
  4. A sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
