Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
- Boil lasagna noodles according to the package directions until al dente.
- Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3. Assemble the Lasagna:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by:
- Half of the ricotta cheese
- Half of the shredded chicken
- A layer of Alfredo sauce
- A sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
