Instructions
Step 1. Whip the Cream:
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2. Make the Cheesecake Base:
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Add Chocolate:
- Slowly fold in the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined and velvety.
Step 4. Fold in Whipped Cream:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cheesecake mixture. This gives the mousse its light and airy texture.
Step 5. Chill & Serve:
- Spoon the mousse into small dessert glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for an elegant finish.
