Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the Breading:

Set up three bowls:

  • Flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  • Beaten eggs
  • Breadcrumbs or panko

Coat chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

Step 2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F). Remove and set aside.
  • Optional: You can also bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Step 3. Make the Honey Sauce:

  • In a small pan, combine honey, soy sauce, butter, and vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker glaze.

Step 4. Toss & Serve:

  • Add cooked chicken tenders to the sauce and gently toss until fully coated. Serve hot.
