Instructions
Step 1. Prep the salmon:
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 2. Make the glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
Step 3. Sear the salmon:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 3–4 minutes until golden.
Step 4. Glaze and finish cooking:
- Flip salmon, pour the honey garlic sauce over the top, and cook another 3–4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fillets as they finish.
Step 5. Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
