Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the Steak:
- Pat the steak cubes dry using paper towels. This helps achieve a perfect sear. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 2. Sear the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Remove steak bites and set aside.
Step 3. Make Garlic Butter:
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and chili flakes. Stir for 30–40 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
Step 4: Combine & Finish:
- Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss them gently in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until well coated and juicy.
Step 5. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve immediately.
