Ingredients
For the Crispy Potatoes:
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes (gold or red), halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Labne Dressing:
- ¾ cup labne (or strained Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
