  • 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Parsley, oregano, salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse canned chickpeas. Chop cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
