Grilled Salmon with Lemon & Dill
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh dill, salt & pepper
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels; season with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and grill marks appear.
- Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices before serving.
