Instructions
Step 1. Add Everything to One Pot:
- In a large deep pot or skillet, add spaghetti, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, broth, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread ingredients evenly so the pasta cooks uniformly.
Step 2. Bring to a Boil:
- Turn the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking together.
Step 3. Simmer Until Pasta Is Tender:
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring often.
- The pasta will absorb most of the liquid and start forming its own sauce.
Step 4. Make It Creamy:
- Once the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened, add:
- Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
- Stir until the sauce becomes silky, creamy, and fully coats the pasta.
Step 5. Add Extras (Optional):
- Mix in spinach, cooked chicken, or roasted veggies.
- Cook for 1 minute until everything is heated through.
Step 6. Serve Hot:
- Top with extra Parmesan, black pepper, and fresh basil.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the easiest pasta ever!
