Instructions
Step 1. Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
Step 2. Roll the Dough:
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round or oval.
- Brush with olive oil and prick lightly with a fork.
Step 3. Add Cheese & Toppings:
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the dough.
- Evenly layer cooked sausage/bacon, peppers, onions, and spinach.
- Create 3–4 small wells in the toppings and crack 1 egg into each.
Step 4. Bake the Pizza:
- Carefully place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and eggs are set to your liking.
- For runny yolks, bake less; for firm yolks, bake longer.
Step 5. Finish & Serve:
- Remove from oven, season eggs with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of hot sauce, if desired.
- Slice and serve hot!
