Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the Tofu:
- Pat tofu dry and toss cubes in cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry tofu until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Step 2. Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 3. Add the Sauce and Tofu:
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour over the vegetables, then return the tofu to the pan. Toss everything to coat evenly and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
Step 4. Serve:
- Transfer to bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
