Instructions
Step 1. Marinate Chicken:
- Mix chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, pepper, and salt.
- Keep aside for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2. Coating & Fry:
- Add cornflour, maida, and egg to the marinated chicken. Mix well.
- Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.
Step 3. Prepare Sauce:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add onions and capsicum, stir fry on high flame for 1–2 minutes.
- Add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, pepper, and water. Mix well.
- Add cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 4. Combine:
- Add fried chicken to the sauce and toss until well coated.
Step 5. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
