Instructions

Step 1. Season the Lamb:

  • Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

  • Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat until hot.

Step 3. Cook the Lamb Chops:

  • Place lamb chops in the hot pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if preferred. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

Step 4. Finish and Rest:
