  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Vegetables (optional but recommended):

  • 4 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup baby onions or pearl onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
