Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • ½ lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ lb crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 2 celery stalks (finely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (optional, for aroma)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but highly recommended)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
