  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional but authentic)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (balances heat)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Veggies (Optional but recommended):

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas or carrots
