15-Minute Thai Green Curry

Step 1. Heat the Curry Paste:

Heat oil in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the green curry paste and stir for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.

Step 2. Add Coconut Milk:

Pour in the coconut milk and stir well until the curry paste is fully dissolved. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Step 3: Cook Protein:

Add chicken or tofu to the pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.

Step 4. Add Vegetables & Seasoning:

Stir in vegetables, soy sauce (or fish sauce), and sugar if using. Cook for 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp.

Step 5. Finish & Serve:

Turn off the heat and stir in lime juice. Garnish with fresh basil or cilantro. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice or rice noodles.
