Instructions
- Prepare the Broccoli:
- Blanch the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender, remove, and drain.
2. Marinate the Shrimp:
- Mix the shrimp with a little salt and pepper, and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Stir-Fry the Seasoning:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
4. Add the Broccoli:
- Add the broccoli to the pan and stir well.
5. Add the Sauce:
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Add the Water:
- Pour in the water and cook until the sauce thickens. Add the cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce if necessary.
7. Taste:
- Taste and add salt or sugar if needed.
8. Serve:
- Remove from heat and serve the stir-fried shrimp and broccoli while still warm.
