Creamy Chicken Bacon & Corn Pasta

Instructions

Step 1. Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente (as per package instructions).
  • Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

Step 2. Cook the Chicken & Bacon:

  • In a large pan, heat oil or butter.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
  • Stir in the bacon and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Step 3. Add Corn & Cream:

  • Add corn and stir for 1–2 minutes.
  • Pour in the cream and milk (if using). Mix well.
  • Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.

Step 4. Combine & Serve:

  • Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  • Mix in parmesan cheese. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until creamy and well combined.
  • Garnish with parsley or chili flakes and serve hot!
