Instructions
Step 1. Cook the Pasta:
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente (as per package instructions).
- Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Step 2. Cook the Chicken & Bacon:
- In a large pan, heat oil or butter.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
- Stir in the bacon and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 3. Add Corn & Cream:
- Add corn and stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and milk (if using). Mix well.
- Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.
Step 4. Combine & Serve:
- Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
- Mix in parmesan cheese. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until creamy and well combined.
- Garnish with parsley or chili flakes and serve hot!
