Crispy Thai Pork Belly Stir Fry (Better Than Takeout!)

Step 1. Crisp the Pork Belly:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, then place pork belly pieces skin-side down.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the skin is golden and crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step 2. Make the Stir Fry Base:

  • In the same pan, reduce the heat slightly. Add garlic and Thai chilies. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3. Add Vegetables:

  • Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still vibrant green.

Step 4. Sauce It Up:

  • Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to combine.

Step 5. Combine & Finish:

  • Return crispy pork belly to the pan. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until coated in sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
