  • While the steak rests, quickly whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle half of this glaze over the sliced warm steak.

Step 3. Assemble the Bowl:

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. Toss gently with the neutral vinaigrette.

Step 4. Arrange:

  • Transfer the seasoned greens to your serving bowl. Artfully arrange the sliced avocado on one side and the sliced steak (drizzled with glaze) in the center.

Step 5. Finish:
