Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (high in protein)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds or hemp seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Serve immediately with a handful of fresh berries on top.
