Instructions

Step 1. Coat & Fry Gobi:

  • Mix cornflour, maida, salt, pepper & water to make batter.
  • Dip cauliflower, deep fry until golden & crisp.

Step 2. Prepare Sauce:

  • Heat oil, sauté ginger-garlic & green chilli.
  • Add soy, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar & honey, mix well.

Step 3. Toss & Serve:

  • Add fried gobi & toss on high flame until coated.
  • Garnish with spring onions.

Serve hot — sticky, spicy, crunchy, deliciousness!
