Instructions
Step 1. Coat & Fry Gobi:
- Mix cornflour, maida, salt, pepper & water to make batter.
- Dip cauliflower, deep fry until golden & crisp.
Step 2. Prepare Sauce:
- Heat oil, sauté ginger-garlic & green chilli.
- Add soy, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar & honey, mix well.
Step 3. Toss & Serve:
- Add fried gobi & toss on high flame until coated.
- Garnish with spring onions.
Serve hot — sticky, spicy, crunchy, deliciousness!
