Instructions
Step 1. Make the Sweet Cream Cheese Filling:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.
Step 2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, mayonnaise, parsley, and egg.
- Whisk until everything is fully combined and smooth.
Step 3. Cut the Buns:
- Take each bun and cut it into 6 wedges, like slicing a pizza—but don’t cut all the way through.
- The bottom should stay intact so it holds the filling.
Step 4. Fill the Buns:
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture between each wedge.
- Add a little extra in the center if you love that creamy bite!
Step 5. Dip in Garlic Butter:
- Dip each filled bun into the garlic butter mixture.
- Coat generously so the flavor seeps into every bite.
Step 6. Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
