Black Bean Tacos with Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Lime juice
Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan; add 1 can drained black beans, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, and salt. Cook 3–4 minutes and lightly mash.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry pan.
- Make salsa: combine diced avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, and cilantro with salt.
- Fill tortillas with black beans and top with avocado salsa. Serve with lime wedges.
