Nutella Stuffed Crepes

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the Batter:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Step 2. Cook the Crepes:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook another 1 minute. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 3. Add Nutella Filling:

  • Spread a spoonful of Nutella over each warm crepe. Fold or roll the crepe to enclose the filling.

Step 4. Serve:

  • Top with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
