Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Step 2. Cook the Crepes:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook another 1 minute. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 3. Add Nutella Filling:
- Spread a spoonful of Nutella over each warm crepe. Fold or roll the crepe to enclose the filling.
Step 4. Serve:
- Top with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
