Seafood & Potato Salad

Instructions

Step 1. Cook the Potatoes:

  • Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  • Drain and let cool slightly.

Step 2. Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 3. Combine the Salad:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked potatoes, shrimp, crab, celery, green onions, parsley, and dill.
  • Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently until well combined.

Step 4. Chill & Serve:

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  • Garnish with extra herbs or a sprinkle of paprika for color.
