Instructions
Step 1. Cook the Potatoes:
- Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes until tender but not mushy.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
Step 2. Prepare the Dressing:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3. Combine the Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked potatoes, shrimp, crab, celery, green onions, parsley, and dill.
- Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently until well combined.
Step 4. Chill & Serve:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with extra herbs or a sprinkle of paprika for color.
