Step 1. Marinate Chicken:

  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally for even thickness. In a bowl, combine all chicken marinade ingredients.
  • Rub mixture into chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

Step 2. Prepare Dip:

  • Mix all yogurt dip ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust salt or lemon. Chill until serving.

Step 3. Grill:

  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates. Place chicken on the hot grill.

Step 4. Cook:

  • Grill each side for 5–7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74 °C and the chicken has clear grill marks and is cooked through.

Step 5. Serve:

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving whole. Plate with the yogurt dip, pita bread, and a side of hummus. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
