Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Shells Recipe

Step 1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2. Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until creamy and well combined.

Step 3. Stuff the Shells:

  • Fill each cooked jumbo shell with about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture. Place them seam-side up in the prepared baking dish.

Step 4. Add Cheese:

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the stuffed shells.

Step 5. Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6. Garnish & Serve:

  • Top with sliced green onions and fresh parsley. Serve hot with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
