  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 cup Buttermilk, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold, unsalted butter, cubed
