Step 2. Coat the Mozzarella:

  • Place coated pieces on a tray and freeze for 30–60 minutes (prevents leaking when frying).

Step 3. Fry Until Golden:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry 3–4 mozzarella pieces at a time for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
