Step 2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds. Set aside.

Step 3. Combine Wet Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, honey, eggs, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.

Step 4. Make the Batter:
